Pratt Industries is America's 6th largest paper and packaging company, with more than 3500 highly-skilled "green-collar" employees dedicated to the environment and sustainability.

Pratt was founded in the USA some 20 years ago and, since then, has shown dramatic growth with sophisticated manufacturing facilities now in more than 20 states.

The Conyers-based company operates three of the most modern, cost-effective 100% recycled paper mills in the country - including our latest in Shreveport, La., which came on line later this year.

Pratt also has a series of sheet and box plants strategically placed throughout the eastern United States as well as Mexico, offering a wide range of creative packaging solutions.

All are backed by Pratt's total commitment to quality, service and innovation. And as a private company, we can quickly react and adapt to suit our customers' needs.

At Pratt Industries, we're dedicated to performance-based packaging. We believe the corrugated industry must continually seek new ways to reduce paper weights - without giving up any performance characteristics - to remain cost-effective with other materials.

And we continue to expand. In 2007, we made a commitment  at the Clinton Global Initiative to invest $1 billion in recycling and green energy infrastructure within the next 10 years.

We're already making good on that pledge, adding the new mill in Shreveport, a network of Material Recovery Facilities to sort paper and other recyclables and an aggressive strategy to grow our specialty sheet plant division.

We are also working on clean energy initiatives. Next March, we will bring on line a clean energy facility at our Conyers mill, which will not only provide power needed for the paper-making process but further reduce our carbon footprint.
